Mac users have an even simpler hotkey this month that will display all of your open windows. Just hit F11 at the top of your keyboard and all of the open programs and other windows you have will line up, allowing you to easily navigate between them

A simple trick that will save a lot of time: Try using Alt + Tab to switch between active windows instead of clicking around. This will help you navigate all the programs you have open without having to look at the toolbar.

Did you know that you can use the Windows key in conjunction with arrow keys to organize your windows? For example, Hitting Windows + Left will move the selected window to the left, and Windows + Right will move it to the right. Try pressning Windows + Up to center it full screen again.
 
 
 
The first thing you’ll notice about the new Windows Phone 7 is that it looks good. It also steps up functionality by adding the Zune player, providing high-quality music and video. As the phone grows in poularity, we also hope to see a lot from the Xbox Live functions.

Drawbacks for the Windows Phone 7? Not many. We’d like to see a functional landscape mode added. Another problem (that will fix with time) is the notable lack of apps available. With a world full of developers, we expect this problem to be short-lived. All in all, the Windows Phone 7 looks to be a strong competitor in the race for smartphone superiority. This is a recommended device.
 
 
 
Office for Mac 2011 is a faster office application suite now available on Mac. This has become the strongest, most functional office suite for Mac to date. It works very well with OSX, and has virtually no compatability issues when you take the files to a Windows computer. The replacement of Entourage with Outlook completes the circle in a very well crafted software suite.

The only real drawbacks to this suite are the lack of a syncing function for iCal, and Exchange Server 2003 or earlier versions.

Angelina Laird Shawn is a recent graduate of Tarleton State University with a BS in Human Science with secondary teacher certification. Her honors include Tarleton Distinguished Student and graduate Cum Laude. Angelina also holds a certificate in business and a certificate in accounting. She has worked in various capacities for several different companies in and around Weatherford over the last 20 years, mostly in customer relations. She has also worked as a volunteer in her local community in west Parker County for several years.
